The 3-Day Soup Detox: Soothe Inflammation, Eliminate Tummy Fat And Illnesses

In order for the human body to work properly it has to be cleansed from all toxins. You can rely on multiple detox options, but the one we would like to suggest is one that displays the optimal results. A combination of a couple of vegetables and fruits can be incredibly purifying for our organism and what better way to consume them than in the form of a soup.

Detox Soup Recipes

  1. Broccoli Detox Soup


  • 5 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 carrot, peeled and finely diced
  • 2 tbsp collagen (by choice)
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 3 stalks of celery, finely chopped
  • 1 cup kale or spinach
  • 2 cups veggie or bone broth
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • ½ tsp sea salt


Begin by warming up the coconut oil and then add in the broccoli, celery sticks and onion. Leave them simmer for around 5 minutes and mix them properly. Next include the broth, and let cook until it bubbles and softens. Finally, place everything in the blender to even out the texture.

  1. Carrot Ginger Detox Soup


  • 2 pounds carrots, diced
  • 6 cups bone or veggie broth
  • 3 garlic cloves, diced
  • Sea salt, black pepper and powdered onion
  • 2 tbsp plain protein or collagen powder (by choice)
  • 2 onions, peeled and chopped
  • 3 tbsp grated ginger root
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp ghee or coconut oil


Get a pan and place the garlic, ginger, broth and carrots inside it leaving them to cook until it begins to bubble. Next, take the onions and place them in a sauté pan and add the ghee. Leave it simmer until it caramelizes. Gather all of the ingredients and blend them until the mixture becomes homogenous.  Season the mixture by choice adding the coconut milk and stirring it well.

  1. Red Lentil Detox Soup


  • ¼ cup coconut oil, olive oil, or ghee
  • 1 apple, peeled and diced
  • 2 large carrots, peeled and diced
  • Sea salt and black pepper (by choice)
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • 1-inch fresh ginger, peeled and grated
  • Coconut cream for topping, (by choice)
  • 2 large sweet potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 1 small white onion, diced
  • ½ cup red lentils, washed thorougly
  • ½ tsp chili spice
  • 5 cups bone or veggie broth
  • ½ tsp cumin, ground


Heat up the oil in a pan in which you should add the onion, apple, carrots and sweet potatoes. Simmer the veggies and apples for around 10 minutes or until the onions are caramelized. Next, include the broth, paprika, chili powder, cumin, ginger and lentils. Leave the mixture to boil and cook for a half an hour or until it softens. In the end blend all of the ingredients for an even texture. Then cook the mixture for a little bit adding some more water. Seasonings and coconut cream are to be added by choice.
